In response to the global outbreak of COVID-19, and in line with our commitment to the health and safety of our associates, customers, partners and their families, we at Al Futtaim Motors – Hino & Toyota Material Handling reassure you that we are dedicated to continue serving our customers with at the same level of quality they are used to.

We are strictly adhering to the health and safety directives implemented by the UAE Ministry of Health & Prevention (MoHAP) and the Dubai Health Authority (DHA) and have so far taken all recommended and necessary measures to protect all internal and external stakeholders against contamination.

Your Safety

  • We have increased the frequency of cleaning our public areas and of our display and demonstrator vehicles.
  • We will ensure that if your vehicle is left with us for service or warranty work, it is thoroughly cleaned before it is returned.
  • We have increased the deployment of hand sanitizers across our facilities.
  • We have clear policies and procedures in place to ensure that any of our colleagues who experience symptoms follow the local authorities’ guidelines in relation to self-isolation and quarantine.
